Watermelon, Mint and Feta Cheese Salad

Made it for Beata, Erika and I last week, was deeeelicious. Beata laid on a fantastic indian feast and we all had a good laugh.

Bulmers pear cider not so good though. Shame.

Oooh, that's my favourite salad! Bless Nigella!
I had use basil last time I made it and it's not nearly as good as with the mint.
