Almost forgot
dragged hubby to ABBA tribute band, featuring original orchestra members, they were brilliant. We sang and danced. He admitted it was good fun.
V v v Quick update
Okay, went to Milano for four days with 3 friends. We managed to have a few addentures, including being issued with a hire car whose driverside passenger door did not lock, molto helpful when you are in a big city. We also managed to get very close to being locked in a shop in Switzerland. We thought the department store closed at 6:30, sauntered off to the checkout at 6:25 only to encounter the security guard who did not look pleased! The cashiers had cashed up and gone home. My aunt fed us champers and cake (thats after the obligatory large pizza, icecream and tiramisu) until 2am most nights and I am not on uberdetox.
We also wheeeshed around Maccagno and Lugano in my aunts brand new convertible mini. Top down. Hard life.
I have had to take the kids out of nursery as there was a major problem. Am now searching for nurseries. Its much like Prince Charming searching for Cinderalla, either the shoe is too big, too fat, too thin, too shiny, too dirty etc etc. I am hoping we will find one soon. So far mummy in law, Stuart and I have all taken turns to babysit......If all else fails they can come to work with me.
Kids are great, the boy is a little challenging if he does not get his way, so we are telling him that Santa calls for daily updates about him, that way, if he is bad, no presents.
MLP had her MMR jab, still a bit non cuddly with me for being away, she ignored me for the rest of the day, as I subjected her to the injection.
Err, think thats it. Days pass in a blur still, got a lot on, but I am all filled up with serenity post Italia trip, if nothing else I don the sunglasses and make a cappucino!
Bonne notte.
