Summary of Christmas

We had a great one. Kids loved it, boy was designated present opener. He did it with style and panache. Hours of careful wrapping (not on my part I must add) were ruined with one swift ripping action. When all the presents were opened we were left with grumpy boy desperate to open more presents. So much so he was shaking.

Boy got a massive train set from Santa. Santas proxy was setting said set up until past 11pm the night before Christmas. Santas proxy got a well deserved slice of cake and a large drink.

Boy loved the train set, if there is ever a world shortage of AA batteries, come to our house, as each engine seems to devour such batteries.

Madam got a massive Barbie dolls head upon which she can unleash her hair styling skills. She looked at it once and it has served as a handy storage place for her hairclips ever since.

We ate turkey for 3 days, by day 3 it needed to morph into meatballs before we would look at it.
