Our pet chinchilla went to pet heaven yesterday. I was inconsolable on the inside, had to try and keep happy for the kids sake. Kids said goodbye and the boy helped to bury him in the garden.
Farewell my beloved pet, I know you did not get as much attention as you were used to, due to the kids, but you were part of our family and you will be missed.

Poor Whiskey! Sad but maybe good so the kids dont go to school talking about mum's best friend Whiskey, eh?
